Pros

If you want to work hard for yourself and have the ability to have an unlimited income potential, this is the place. Highest compensation in the industry, tons of leads anywhere in the country and no contract for starters. No place better to sell life insurance and build an agency.

I don't have any other than the fact I wish I found this sooner.

Resigned a job with the big bank where everyone is your boss , came over and created my very own company with Family First, got full support because I showed that I was committed to building and working. I have access to complimentary daily training and office space , was handheld through the process of acquiring clients and getting contracted with carriers. Worked diligently and got commission raises twice within 3 months. Which other agency does that ?

This is a business , it’s not a JOB . No one will door knock for you.
