I have been recruiting for 5 years now and this is the only company that I have worked for that really allows you to manager yourself. I really don't know of any cons. You have to be willing to work.

I have been with FFL for 2 years and I was with 2 previous insurance companies before coming into FFL. You are TRULY independent, renewals are vested from day 1, NO contract and the training is second to none. The leadership team is amazing and not only have I grown immensely in this business sss but also in my personal life. Beyond grateful for this opportunity.
