Pros

lead quality, COMPENSATION LEVEL, training convenience, human connection, no quota, incredible mentorship, manager who teach are doing the same job as the people they are teaching. All conventions and training is free and we have the chance to see incredible motivational speakers like Dave Anderson FOR FREE. Freedom to work when I want, where I want nationwide. I can hire people in my hierarchy if I want to and not worry about me having to train them (other people know waaaay more than me). Any and pretty much every manager, even they are not in my hierarchy offered their cell phone number for ANYONE to call if we have questions. Response from managers is quite immediate. The president works hard for the companies to pay agents more (Thanks so much Shawn M.) After being in the insurance industry for 5 years and with different companies, I have NOT found yet anything better than what FFL provides it's agents. On top of it, there is NO contract, unlike many other companies that label you as an independent contractor yet they make you fill out a contract, either captive or as a broker. Finds new ways of providing leads to agents, FFL creates, yes, creates new ways to serve its agents so in turn the agents can serve the people. 100% VESTING since day one. FFL managers help way more beyond the scope of the professional life, they extend a helping hand in any area of life. They highly respect family and our time with our family.

Cons

If you are not close to a manager who has an office, unless you provide your own, you don't have an office. I have a hard time focusing at home, but I guess it's not a con since we are running our own independent businesses.

Pros

You are truly independent here.

Cons

All upline cares about is if you buy leads. They resell the same leads over and over and over. They don’t tell you everything. They show the highlights but don’t tell you about chargebacks. They constantly push one particular company and that is actually the most expensive option for customers.

We do not care if our agents buy leads. Most of our agents buy leads because they find it easier than doing their own prospecting or door knocking. However, we do not mandate that our agents buy from any of the lead vendors that we work with nor do they have to commit to any minimum spends. It is completely up to the agent. Every agent in the insurance industry understands that chargebacks are a part of the business. For an agent to say that they had no idea that chargebacks existed indicates a lack of effort put into training and becoming a student of the game. Lastly, we work with over 10 different carriers and trust our independent contractors to decide what would be the best fit for the client in the home.

Based off of the poor quality of this review, it's clear that this is fake and the person likely never worked with FFL.
