Pros

You get to work with outstanding Carriers and there are passionate and good people here!

Cons

Being passionate about life insurance and helping families is not enough. Leads are very expensive, the CRM/Cherry pick leads are recycled and close to worthless. I spent $50 on 8 cherry pick leads and was unable to even keep a conversation going long enough to hear an objection. I spent another $250 on far better leads outside the CRM and had some hope of a sale, but these all fell through and once I was porched. So between all my equipment, time, license, and leads I'm in about $2,000 and 40 hours and I haven't yet made a sit with a customer, I'm still trying so we'll see.

Pros

Confidence from coworkers makes you feel you can do anything... but at what cost?

Cons

Everyone acts like an agent. No one cares about the families. I was told to lie and how to lie to get families to sign up. These agents are so fake.

We teach all of our agents to be professional in dealing with clients and to be up front and honest in every situation. If we find out that is not the case then we deal with the agent accordingly. Without knowing the details of the situation unfortunately there is nothing we can do if something really did happen. I'm not sure I understand the motivation behind posting this information here opposed to calling our corporate office to report the individual as we encourage every agent to do if they need assistance above what their manager is providing.

Pros

There are no pros to working here

Cons

They all say their leads aren't resold, until you buy the leads and the customer says "oh someone was just here from Family First Life". They have screwed people out of their life savings because they want you to buy $1000-2500 worth of leads per week. They're all working towards Integrity Partner....the company you buy the leads from. They teach you to be relentless, so the people buy a policy they didn't want because you pressured them, they cancel and you have tons of chargebacks you can't afford to repay. This is not a unique story, it's happening to everyone. The CEO Shawn Meaike said, if you're not making 30k per month, you should quit. So unless you want to work 80hrs per week, you're useless to him.
