8yWe teach all of our agents to be professional in dealing with clients and to be up front and honest in every situation. If we find out that is not the case then we deal with the agent accordingly. Without knowing the details of the situation unfortunately there is nothing we can do if something really did happen. I'm not sure I understand the motivation behind posting this information here opposed to calling our corporate office to report the individual as we encourage every agent to do if they need assistance above what their manager is providing.
