Pros

New and hot spot on the beach. They have the best marketing companies promoting entire hotel and restaurants.

Cons

Although they are promoting heavily, they do not deliver. Guests are leaving unhappy. No respect for workers, possible money stealing since everybody getting money from tipshare, even some managers. Long hours, extremely unprofessional management. Labor department and food inspection should check this hotel out.

Pros

My co workers and team are the nicest people.

This is the worst property I’ve ever worked at. They pay there managers way below average so you get nothing but inexperienced managers. The turn around is like nothing I’ve ever seen. This place never has supplies as people for all different departments steal things from you. The company spends money on fruitless things instead of getting the supplies that are really needed. The customers (mostly their members) are beyond rude and treat staff like slaves. But the biggest con about this property is that it is so far from being an actual Forbes 5 star property! Clearly they are paying someone off because I have worked at 2 other 5 star properties that run circles around this place. Also they lie to you about the perks you receive, the is no discount at Mercedes like they say and advertise, you can never get a booking at our sister property in Buenos Aires (always “booked”) and they advertise fee insurance which is the worst so if you want decent healthcare it costs a lot.

Pros

High paying for management since they had to recruit from other high end hotels

Cons

So many to list. Communication was lacking in multiple areas, sometimes they hosted events no one knew about or what to tell the guest. Different staff got different treatment, especially staff from the Design team, they were just disrespectful. They also would say they would go to the owner if you didn't do what they said, always acting like small children. Back of house space is non existent, moved offices a few times, it was a chaotic mess.
