Pros

Salary and high profile project with lots of media attention. Free lunch in the Hotel Basement or "employee dining room".

Cons

Corporate Leadership is not professional - disrespectful and lack know-how. High turnover. Terrible work conditions - trailer full of dust/dirt (cleaning service is sub-par), no parking, and long hours. Hostile work environment. Sexist remarks by leaders. HR does nothing about it despite numerous complaints. High level of favoritism due to office politics. Hard work is not rewarded. This is not a place where one can grow professionally. Do not work here.

Free lunch, 401k, free healthcare is offered though it is not very good

Cons

There are so many issues with this place, low employee morale, high turnover, not enough staffing, never enough supplies, always being told that there are issues with the suppliers not getting paid, non-existent HR department that never fixes anything or just aren't available to help staff with what they need, unsafe work conditions (sewage constantly coming up in kitchens and prep areas, have never had a fire drill in over a year), parking is over a mile away and costs over $100 a month, owner is a miserable person who makes everything about himself unless the cameras that are following him around are on. Do not work here, you will come to regret it.

Being a part of a great project in Miami.

Cons

Constant revolving door, employees either quit or are fired. Very hostile environment, it was very common to see new employees crying from the bullying done by upper management.
