High paying for management since they had to recruit from other high end hotels
Cons
So many to list. Communication was lacking in multiple areas, sometimes they hosted events no one knew about or what to tell the guest. Different staff got different treatment, especially staff from the Design team, they were just disrespectful. They also would say they would go to the owner if you didn't do what they said, always acting like small children. Back of house space is non existent, moved offices a few times, it was a chaotic mess.
