The worst place I have ever worked - Anonymous employee Faena Group Employee Review

There are so many issues with this place, low employee morale, high turnover, not enough staffing, never enough supplies, always being told that there are issues with the suppliers not getting paid, non-existent HR department that never fixes anything or just aren't available to help staff with what they need, unsafe work conditions (sewage constantly coming up in kitchens and prep areas, have never had a fire drill in over a year), parking is over a mile away and costs over $100 a month, owner is a miserable person who makes everything about himself unless the cameras that are following him around are on. Do not work here, you will come to regret it.
