Pros

Company stock is decent. Pretty new building

Cons

Working in marketing and extremely good people have left or are leaving. One of the SVPs is a typical California narcissist who is truly stupid. He has no sense of the business. FIS is making mistake after mistake and it doesn’t help that the CEO is woke

Pros

Remote work, chances for advancement.

Cons

Disorganized; protocol and procedures change often . The process of ordering home office equipment is next to impossible. It took almost 6 months to receive all necessary computer equipment. Onboarding was a nightmare! Also, our department is struggling and is short staffed. The manager has no insight into how hard we're working and hasnt acknowledged all the overtime I've contributed. I'm not in sales, so no Christmas bonus for me. I'm looking at options on leaving the company.

Pros

If you are lucky you will get to work on new technologies. I was luck but Be aware - Don’t go by interview, interview can be in new tech but project might be in old tech. Company location is good in pune but again no facilities and recreational area is just for the sake of name.

Cons

Old managers or old senior colleagues are the most un ethical people I have seen in my entire career. Creating own lobby, groupism , favouring people is just normal day to day thing for them. Zero transparency Lack of leadership If someone leaves the company working for 2-3 years under a manager. They won’t even give you proper goodbye. They will start torturing you the day you will resign. Honestly I have seen people coming from 6 months of maternity leave and getting promotion. And the person who handled the whole load very nicely in that period, will get only hopes. Worst part is even the task distribution is being micromanaged by so called old senior managers specially in Sungard’s CLBT unit. There are few good people still out there but 75% of the crowd is just like I have described. Believe me, work with people with good intentions than working with such liars.
