Pros

Being able to work at home during the pandemic, company laptop, and fin-tech company

Cons

No growth opportunities Dysfunctional and toxic team environment FIS is constantly offshoring, meaning no job security No raises or advancement Almost impossible to get into a different role within the company No raises for 2021 Lack of knowledge from management No mentorships No company culture (FIS is constantly buying new businesses) People Office (HR Team) is useless Too many people who do not belong in management roles No growth for younger employees Whatever position you start out as will likely be your only position within the company (no growth/promotions)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and sharing that you enjoyed remote working flexibility and learning opportunities at FIS during your tenure with us. Unfortunately, since you are no longer an active employee, we can’t work to improve your experience but we would like to share that we do solicit colleague feedback through multiple channels including our engagement surveys on an ongoing basis to improve colleague experience. Best of luck to you.

Asides from restructuring the company every few months, I personally have experienced management changes 3x within 2 years. Alarming turnover rates Disjointed management escalation chains that don't make sense No real career growth path Siloed culture

Pros

Corporate Management is good but local management is horrible.

Cons

Never in my entire life, I have seen this mess. One of the worst company to work for Poor local management and lairs Poorly written applications Racist company. HR is aware of it but still no action on the people If you raise your voice you are fired. Many people got fired just because they were smarter and raised their voice One of the most toxic people to work with For god sake stay away from this company or else you will end up with mental and health issues
