Pros

Full time, health insurance, work from home

Cons

Where can I start? Training is TERRIBLE. They make you start taking calls EVEN when you or your training classmates have advised they are not getting it. Retirement plans are complicated and it requires good training. Training is a joke. OVERTIME IS NEVER ENDING. They have to stop saying is every once in a while. Is every day, every week, work holidays unnecessarily. You are recorded even when you are on hold. So if you say something they don't like, you can get fired. They don't have enough Spanish reps available and they are overworked because they are not enough. The pay for Spanish is only .50 extra which is a joke for the hassle and terrible amount of calls you get while every English speaking rep is available. The company has as reference ONE page with terrible translations in Spanish of legal disclosures. They don't have an interpreter line for any language which is terrible and not accommodating to ANY person. There's a differential for working after 6pm. I wasn't getting paid correctly and was missing it. To get it fixed it took a MONTH of back and forth of them saying I was wrong and I wasn't. Withholding wages to me and my other teammates was going on for a while. And that's not right. In conclusion...I have never worked for a company like this and I will never go back even if I'm starving.

Pros

Benefits and compensation, work campus was updated.

Cons

Spend minimal efforts training, do not respond to email requests for help, and did not explain how to navigate/use software. My training consisted of three 30min video conferences with a head team member who rushed to explain the job and when I had follow up questions or wanted an explanation for something would tell me “don’t worry about that”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Pros

- Absolutely none whatsoever, this company should be blacklisted

Cons

- Lack of positive encouragement from management, could have a really good day and they would still pick out negatives - Weekend working every third week - Anti-social shift patterns which include working as late as 8pm - Management all leave at 4pm so there's no-one on hand when there's the "can I speak to a manager" call - Lack of consistency in management at team level, had three managers in nine months - QA feedback feels like a gripe at you, just point out the negative things you done - Lack of further training after initial training, left in the constant deep end - Had an office which looked like an absolute mess was in for five total days with the intention of renovations taking place so had to go back to home working, doubt this office has even opened since I've left
