Pros

- Absolutely none whatsoever, this company should be blacklisted

Cons

- Lack of positive encouragement from management, could have a really good day and they would still pick out negatives - Weekend working every third week - Anti-social shift patterns which include working as late as 8pm - Management all leave at 4pm so there's no-one on hand when there's the "can I speak to a manager" call - Lack of consistency in management at team level, had three managers in nine months - QA feedback feels like a gripe at you, just point out the negative things you done - Lack of further training after initial training, left in the constant deep end - Had an office which looked like an absolute mess was in for five total days with the intention of renovations taking place so had to go back to home working, doubt this office has even opened since I've left

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
