Pros

Food. Nothing else to say.

Cons

poor opportunities to grow in technical. Seniors are trying to pull down the newbies always for their survival. Senior management will never be worried about the concerns of the employees. Employees are not allowed to bring their thoughts in front of the team. A compulsory 75 days notice period. People are not allowed go out of the company even if they are ready to pay for the notice period. employee's previous experience will never be considered and they will be forced to do the crap works all the times. Compensation is very poor compared to the market standards. No Bonus. it's better to look for some other opportunity instead of joining here. At least your future will be saved. There is a team called "Prepaid solutions", which is the worst team in the company. This is not at all a development team but they claim this as a development team and spoil the future of developer by putting them in this team. During CMMI inspection they did show this team as a support team and got the CMMI Level 3 certification. HR will never review the concerns raised by employees. They will always go in hand with the manger whenever an issue is raised by an employee which leads to backfire for the employee who raises the issue to HR.

Pros

The friends and co workers and activities we do when we get together.

Cons

The politics from old Bankway managers who are quite deceitful and cover each other lies up. It is slowly coming to surface, as clients are getting punished as no qualified person wants to work for a Bankway manager. The conversions and training group is suffering, people would rather work in other departments or be let go than work for those managers.

Pros

Lot to learn for individuals who want to gain banking domain experience. Most of the major US banks are using FIS products.

Cons

Individual growth is slow and there are hardly any salary hikes even after working hard. So overall, there is no recognition and awards.
