Pros

Good starting Pay if you have an engineering degree Good benefits (health, dental etc.) Work generally isn't hard Easy to get to work if near a metro station Provided with metro card for transportation to work

Cons

Work is tedious(So much paperwork) Work usually is very hands off. (not very technical) No proper training (find a mentor if possible) Pay raises are generally more related to time in organization rather than skill. Technology can be temperamental at times.
