I really do not have anything negative to say, except for the commute on I95. The commute is the worst part.

If you are the primary day shift observer, you become the lead/boss. You get compensated besides working a regular shift.

Cons

Shift schedules and pay system. If you are scheduled to work on a holiday but did not work the previous week, you don't get holiday pay like the people who work the whole previous week.
