Pros

Can virtually live anywhere. Career progression is easy. Good benefits. Backed by the union.

Cons

It's government agency so its run slowly. Takes forever to get anything done. Printer broke, says it takes 6 months to fix. Random drugs and alcohol screenings.

Pros

Work Life Balance is where it should be............with maximum flexibility. AS long as the deliverables are met.

Cons

There is no avenue for advancement within the Information Security Branch. Promotions are based upon whom you know versus qualifications and capabilities.
