It's a job with a constant paycheck.

Cons

Strict hours, managers can be overbearing. Everything wrong with equipment is the fault of the ATSS, even when it's user error from the ATCs.

Great coworkers. Exceptional benefits. Good salary.

Cons

The pay is not worth the schedule. Between overtime and counter-clockwise rotating shifts, this job slowly kills you. It's difficult to get promotions unless you know someone, or meet certain desirable demographics.
