Pros

Atmosphere is great, people I work with are great, boss is amazing. If you have an electononics background, especially in air field equipment, then this job is for you.

Cons

None that I can think of off the top of my head, but being a jobs serving the public and aviation as a whole, there is a lot of paperwork and beauocoracy.
