This place has always had its problems, and then, 2020 happened. The highest levels of management literally have no idea how large segments of this industry work. Terrible supervisors with no people management skills, no professional knowledge. Old outdated office, keeping distance from each other is not possible. We had to work in the office during Covid-19, although the company pretends to care about safety, but that is just total bs. Employees are micromanaged from the Houston office, and by local supervisors who have no industry related knowledge. Salary is not better than other companies, but here they want you to be available any time, day or night. Fake annual review, dishonest, unethical company. Supervisors have no idea what the job of their team members consists of. Long time employees complain about their jobs and salaries continuously, but are too afraid to leave and start something new. I left and found a better job within a week. I worked here for two and a half years, but I wanted to quit already after just 10 months of employment. It took only 10 months to realize what a bad place this was.
