      Pros

      Salary and the people who works there (Management not included).

      Cons

      It is all about cost reduction. They try to move everything to cloud and reduce FI footprint. Now, They have reinforced working from the office 5 times a week. There is a hidden layoff process going on. It is impossible not to feel that there is "this " strategy to wipe many of us out of the company. It is sad since It used to be a really cool place to work and progress.

      - Good pay, better than in other software companies - Good location, in the most expensive area of Argentina - Sometimes you get free food in the safety meetings

      Cons

      - If you are interested in professional challenges and scientific computing, this is not the right company - In order to climb in the hierarchical tree, you need to be a boot-licker most of the times - You can never make technical decisions since they are always imposed from USA - Safety policies are overreacted - Security policies are ridiculous and insulting - You are invited to lots of interesting training sessions held in USA but you can never attend since they are not budgeted - Excellent company if you like to crouch in front of your monitor waiting for orders and commands from your team lead

      The only advantage for working here is add it on the resume.

      Cons

      Depends on the group you work with is the lucky you got. In my case was really toxic a lot of friend quit as soon as they could, including my self. Will not back there. Also, once you are out, the payroll team doesn't answer your emails and don't send the document that you need for AFIP.
