Pros

Good pay (if you play the game)

Cons

Salary raise means you are closer to the mandatory 8% chopping block. The more you are paid, the more you will need to play their game, which will compromise your ethics and soul overtime.

Pros

Excellent pay and compensation package but starting lag behind competitors

Cons

- Toxic competitive environment. Work extremely long hours to get things done and to stay competitive in yearly ranking - Poor management who sometimes know little about areas they are working in or their people. Mainly because they reorganize and rotate people around often. - No clear guidance on business direction. - Lack of experienced people due to attrition. - No training for new roles. Lack of budget for proper training. - Lack of clear career planning or progression. - Wack a mole business strategy

Pros

Great benefits if you are of the baby boomer generation. 401k match, dental, vision, healthcare. If you play ball and decide to devote your whole life to the company, you may be taken care of.

Cons

- Demands all employees work in the office. - Terribly uncompetitive tech pay. - Massively overworked. - Outdated ranking system which serves to harm employees instead of reward high performers. The top brass won't change it because they benefitted from it. - Attrition as people flee a sinking ship. Over 20% this year. - No young talent. - Outdated tech. - Lack of investment in its people. - Competitors offer much more generous and rewarding packages.
