Pros

The retirement plans and health coverage are great. There are also many company discounts for gym memberships, cell phone plans, etc. There are some good people to work with.

Cons

Disconnect between management and worker. Inability to get anything fixed. It's always the worker's fault instead of the old, patched equipment that constantly breaks. The forced overtime is unreal. The workers that stab you in the back for advancement, that they can't even control because advancement is based off seniority.
