Pros

interesting benefit package: language classes for free; helpful colleagues; safety culture (ergonomics); central location in Prague, multicultural support center: 50+ nationalities among employees, great company culture and meaningful values, very good work-life balance, recommended as first employment to prepare for future assignments

Cons

low salary compared to market, not adjusted in case of promotion with more responsibilities, unfair yearly performance evaluation, some departments are losing credibility although they used to be fantastic, unbearable gossip in some departments and lack of professionalism, fake safety mindset can facilitate career progression

Pros

-I am fortunate to start my career in a friendly and young team, where everyone is very helpful and will try to give you support when you need it. i have a very good boss as well who supports his team. -Health care benefits are very good. -Work life balance

Cons

- Despite the good team i am in, i have also seen that there is a lot of politics among the management, and people are scared to voice out their opinions in case it affects their ranking. - Change is also very hard to implement as well, people are generally resistant to change. - Controls is very important in EM but then sites may be overdoing certain things to avoid audit comments which may be a waste of resources. - There is also the fact that we are not given a choice as to where we can go for our next role.

Pros

• Good pay - because let's be honest, that's why you're working here • Quick learning - there's no training, so you have to learn quickly to survive • Everyone is smart - you get to work with some wickedly intelligent people

Cons

• No respect unless you're a chemical engineer • You will not succeed unless you are a hyper Type-A Consultant personality • Forced rankings and pressure-cooker environment puts everyone on edge • High stress, up or out culture drives everyone to only care about themselves • There's a procedure for how to walk up stairs, and you will be evaluated on your ability to follow it
