Pros

I worked there and they paid me. In this section you have to write a minimum of twenty words so here they are.

Cons

You are just a number. If you like being in the military then you will like it here. They will relocate you to another state and not pay for it.

Pros

Stable job, offers also part time in some positions, job itself quite interesting, benefits and "safe" rules can be used as you like. You will not get fired easily.

Cons

Low salary, overloaded people who are capable, but promoted people who know, how to get a protection at the management. It does not matter, how well one does a job, but how well one can sell himself even if not doing anything. In another words, if you are hard working and want to be recognized for it, this company is not for you.

Pros

Stable and safe working place Salary always arrives on time Good for graduates to gain their first job experience (but max 1-2 years)

Cons

The job itself is dull and boring. You're not required to think nor to be creative. All you have to do is learn the system and then turn into a robot. There's little room for self-improvement and gaining new and interesting knowledge is hard. The Safety - I'm happy that they take safety very seriously, but still, we're not on an oil rig or out in the field. Bureaucracy - everything is old school here. And if you want to be in a position of power you need to pretty much be with the company for 15 years before you're considered for a management position. Salaries - Below average. Poor ranking system which is vaguely based on merit but at the same time it's not. Everyone gets the same increase yearly with some minor changes here and there. Entry level salaries are increased each year not out of generosity but due to inflation. Career Opportunity - you're placed in a team you never chose and you're stuck for at least 2 years before you can get rotated. And rotation doesn't mean promotion, they simply switch you to another team so you "don't get completely" bored. No room for growth and promotion pretty much.
