Pros

- Decent work life balance - pay and benefits not top of market, but OK - great team members

Cons

- Performance system littered with bias and drives a toxic culture and has a 8% “layoff” built in - Pay bands recently reduced, so pay is no longer in line with market - Leaders are great engineers, but do not understand people - most of the US technical jobs are being actively moved overseas -morale is incredibly low
