Pros

Flexible working, great colleagues, nice offices

Cons

Management, Performance Management driven by favouritism. They make talented people’s roles redundant and offshore jobs to Hyderabad. So called Talent Management so called support people at risk. I reality they do that to say they try to put you in another role. They don’t know the talent they have and are kicking out. They have no imagination about redeploying people rather than pushing them out. They don’t have trust in transferable skills. Senior managers believe they will accelerate delivery by living roles to India. They are wrong. A big data breach is coming and it will be because they moved to India. The lack of pace in delivery is because there are too many hoops to get anything done. Redundancies are a way of life at Experian .

Pros

Only salary is good here

Cons

First thing is first, Many of the Managers from EITS ERP GCSS managers are very old since 15 years they are there and also they started career from tally back ground. They always try to make you fear by putting PIP one by one every month. They won't listen you, favouritism and slavism works well.ERP Delivery manager is sits in Nottingham location and decide your performance on the fly.HR's in India are puppets. In India few site leaders are there but again they are puppets. I guess, this company culture is not fit in India. They tortured me for six months. I struggled a lot by the time my spouse was in 3rd trimester still I fought. They were putting one PIP, if you complete successfully next month they will ask you to finish another one like they shown hell. Requesting you my friends please don't join Experian EITS ERP team. If you are going to report lady ERP delivery manager T O D please reject offer. You will get better than that. Thank you!

Pros

Remote working/ hybrid working is useful

Cons

Lack of career progression for technical staff – Despite being a data-driven organization, there is limited opportunity for advancement within technical roles, with more focus and recognition given to commercial and managerial paths. • Increased workload due to redundancies – Staff are often overloaded following rounds of redundancies, with little support or recognition for the additional responsibilities taken on. • Stealth redundancies – Rather than clear communication, there are instances of quiet, indirect redundancy processes, leading to uncertainty and low morale. • Ethically questionable redundancy practices – avoiding mass redundancies by doing them in smaller batches to avoid legal and regulatory responsibilities. Experian don’t care about mental health
