Pros

Ability to work from home if needed and decent benefits. They give a lot back to the community. Opportunity for recognition from team members.

Cons

If you are not in sales, you are considered a cost. They continue to outsource to Costa Rica. If you are not in sales, then your job is at risk. They continue to get the cheapest labor possible, then wonder why clients are not happy.

Pros

Decent salary, good benefits. Used to have the smartest and hardest employees in the the industry.

Cons

- Demoralized tech staff - If you are not in the inner circle you have zero career progression - Managers move up by running smear campaigns against others - Managers will straight up lie to CYA - New motto is "We fix problems by reorganization"
