Health insurance was fully paid for and they offered opportunities to volunteer in the community. Nice location and parking/commute options.

Cons

Weak leadership and managers. Negative atmosphere and super high turn over.

Competitive salary and benefits. Training is good.

Cons

It is a company with a lot of support from regional partnerships. However, this can easily turn into micro management of what you do. Minimal work life balance. There is an expectation that you give 110% and then some.
