There were none and it was the literal worst

Cons

The pay was sub par, the management was toxic, there is no sick leave, when traveling for work the expectations are intense (15hour days or longer), was often doing the job of two or three people with no incentive, the opportunities for growth are non existent, the list goes on and on

They are very supportive of professional development

Cons

They are in-flexible with schedules. If you work a 50 hour week and have a 3 hour doctors appointment, it is their policy that you need to use PTO for that, even as a salaried employee. If you work all day Saturday, you do not get to flex time as it was "your choice" to do so. They put volunteer leadership well-being above staff well-being. And one day I was told that I could not even be five minutes late for work because if there was a fire at 8am they would tell firefighters to go in and save me because I was supposed to be there, but was not. But then the expectation of leaving on time is not the same...so I guess too bad if there's a fire after 4:30pm?

If you are lucky enough to end up on a solid client, your job can be very stable with a great team and mentorship from managers.

Cons

If you end up on a volatile client, your team and leadership will have a lot of turnover and it will be hard to feel stable with so much turnover.
