The camaraderie is pretty amazing in this department. The management is slightly unhinged, but in the best ways possible, sometimes. PTO is available. We eat a lot. We celebrate each other. We all lend a hand.

The management team is in an adjustment phase and they're working through loads of health issues caused by the stress of their roles?

The company in general is doing fine in specialty chemical area.

Cons

American employees are treated as second class citizens. Very limited opportunities for growth, development or promotion. They won't lay off Germany employees but don't hesitate lay off American head counts although Americas region made a great profit for them. The cost-cutting movement is ridiculous and annoying. The pay is barely in par with its competitors and annual increase is a joke.
