Needs to be 2 weeks of nights and 2 weeks of days. HR is an overall joke, they used to be superb until COVID and the new site manager. Preach safety but turn a blind eye when it’s convenient to reach production. Then fault the operators or maintenance personnel if something happens.

Management only cares about optics and budget. Many mid level employees are by definition working two positions or more. Massive disconnect between Germany and America. Different "company-wide" standards between sites feels like favoritism in function. Tokenism of female and POC employees can make things palpably uncomfortable at times. Wage is markedly below industry standards. QC techs, operators, and operations engineers are treated like grunts, managers safety and r&d like royalty
