The hours, in terms of availability- as it’s a small centre there’s not much shifts to pick up.

The managing staff always had our best interests at heart and made sure we were capable and able to do the job.

Cons

Lacked excitement and the hours became difficult when balanced with my goals of becoming an athlete.
