Pros

There's honestly none that I can think of The main pro was that I no longer work there.

Cons

Low wages No cars Management have nor got a clue Micro managed No breaks No toilet No staff room Not enough staff Customers are treated badly Your not allowed to help customers Cheesy sales techniques I could keep going, biggest reason I hate it was the manager being rude to staff and micro managing.

Pros

The attention to customer service and complaint resolution were upheld very seriously in order to resolve customer disputes. There were also team training events, incentive days and holiday outings organised by the company, and this was great to have as well.

Cons

The environment of handling complaints can sometimes be stressful, with team leaders giving more attention to call time rather than customer resolution.
