Pros

Decent benefits if you can put up with the slave labor practices of managers.

Cons

People quit constantly because of poor management, they refuse to hire new people when people quit and prefer to just pile on more work to the employees who are still there. Very little in-house promotions, they pay women less when hiring. Absolutely NO appreciation for good workers, when customers send the company great emails about your work, it is completely ignored, absolutely no appreciation!

Pros

Great food, great chefs, amazing culinary skills.

Cons

Over worked for clients, if you are not a favorite you will not move up, lots of the "good ole boys" club going on. Lots of company emails and events to "appreciate" their employees but its all fluff so they can meet their quota in the corporate world of trainings and social events.
