Pros

Salary, and Benefits covered. Work phone, expense account.

Cons

Poor communication from senior management especially vice president. Depending on your account it can go either way. Common case of over promise to your client and under deliver while VP and senior management throw you under the bus to the client. Good ole boy network is very present in Euerest. All minority managers have quit or were let go in my division. Very little diversity. Tony Mcdonald seems to care a bit but has no idea whats going on in his accounts. Seems like a nice guy who visited my location a few times.

Pros

They laid me off so I was forced to find another position. This was a godsend.

Cons

Where to begin. Truly an unbelievably terrible experience. This company does not care about their employees, from top to bottom. The level of stress I felt was nothing compared to my boss or his boss. The company runs each location like a franchise, rather than a part of the company. Meaning each location is provided well under the level of funding/budgeting they need for staffing. It is impossible to meet any company standards or hit revenue/profitability targets, because you never have enough staff or resources to even be somewhat comfortable. Working here was hell. Constantly running around to try and get through the day, only to be told that your efforts will never be good enough. Trust me when I say to avoid this place. After working here for close to a year, I began to develop anxiety and panic attacks, that got so bad that I needed to go to the hospital. Once, I was injured and was yelled at by a superior immediately after. THIS PLACE IS A HELLSCAPE. AVOID AT ANY COST.
