Good company but poor leadership

Pros

Pay is pretty competitive. It’s a good global company to work for under the right leadership individuals.

Cons

The management is narcissistic and they talk to you horribly. Even though they start you out at a competitive wage, if they don’t like you they’ll rate you below target I’m just so they don’t have to give you a raise. Retaliation for individuals that speak up such as being labeled troublemakers and putting a target on their back.

Pros

Nice coworkers, good customers and nice friendly relationships were easy to build in that environment

Cons

Hours were long, always short staffed, and never felt appreciated for the work I put it

Will suck you dry

Pros

Weekends and paid holidays off.

Cons

Financial goals unrealistic. Heavy workload, have you cut hourly labor to meet financials. Low hourly pay for associates. They assign so many accounts to Area supervisors so you get no face time. Stressful work environment. They call you when you are out sick and don’t have anyone to cover you to get your paperwork in.
