Pros

Benefits and consistent work schedule.

Cons

It's hard to move up after awhile. I went from runner to catering manager, which is great. But after that, training costs a lot of money for them for you to move to salary. I've noticed too many times with multiple managers at multiple locations, that the managers just like to delegate. They don't really grind with the employees., especially when it gets really busy or short staffed. Horrible management style. Also, the high deductions for expensive health insurance is so absurd.
