Pros

Paid Holidays, off almost 2 weeks during Christmas. Good Benefits. Most of the customer's are very appreciative of all your hard work and effort. They are very friendly.

Cons

Management is terrible. They're never on the same page. They kept heaping more work on the heavy work load you already have. Rare breaks, even thou there mandatory. Manager's get angry if you tell them you didn't get your break's because they have to pay you for them. New Management is very dishonest. Although they are suppose to create stress and hostile free environments, 8 times of 10, they are the cause of them. Upper management doesn't care. They will throw you away like this mornings trash after years of faithful service. No growth opportunities for employee's who start in an upper position other than Cashier. Lastly: TOO MUCH DRAMA.

Pros

Good Pay and some upper management great to work with

Cons

No formal training nor transitional training from anyone. Most upper management does not know how units run or how things work in out industry. First job I have ever questioned my career path. Overworked chefs and management expected to work 12plus hours 5 days a week on top of working from home. First week on the job I found out the chef was quitting because he had no work balance and was burnt out. Employees underpaid and overworked, first job I had that employees did not want over time.

Pros

Relatively good pay and benefits for the food business. Good opportunities for young managers how are willing to live for the work.

Cons

I think the company continues to push front line managers and Dist. Managers beyond capacity. There is very little diversity in upper management and the management styles seem dated. Very little positive feedback. Lots of knee jerk reactions to weekly numbers - typically without looking at explanations previously provided.
