Pros

No weekends a big plus. Salary not bad. All systems are pre-planned for you so there is no opportunity to be creative.

Cons

Heavy handed upper mgt. Lousy work-life balance, long hours. Frigid corporate culture. If you sacrifice your family time and dedicate yourself completely, and you jump through every hoop and ask for more, you might make it into the club. Otherwise, they'll use you and discard you like the trash at the end of the day.
