Pros

Excellent benefits...you get to network with others from the company providing the contract

Cons

Always ran out of product..management does not give employees a voice and are very unprofessional..rather put you down than uplift. Many drug users as leads

Pros

Good Pay and some upper management great to work with

Cons

No formal training nor transitional training from anyone. Most upper management does not know how units run or how things work in out industry. First job I have ever questioned my career path. Overworked chefs and management expected to work 12plus hours 5 days a week on top of working from home. First week on the job I found out the chef was quitting because he had no work balance and was burnt out. Employees underpaid and overworked, first job I had that employees did not want over time.

Pros

Work with great people. The team members are overall really wonderful. Like family. Working with food is always a plus. You never leave work hungry and creativity is praised. Sometimes the job is even fun.

Cons

Over worked and under paid. 12-13 hour work days, 5 + days per week. Expected to work weekends sometimes, no overtime pay as a salary manager. High expectations with little to no reward system. Maintaining guidelines for hourly employees is very difficult, limited support from upper management. Everyone is spread so thin, it's impossible not to get burnt out too quickly.
