This is the worst job I've EVER worked for of my 5 years of working experience. Before i was interviewed, he seemed like the nicest guy and working for him is something I would enjoy. Man was I in for a surprise after I got hired in! If you're not Hispanic, Puerto Rican, Etc; this is NOT the job for you. The team made sure I felt like an outcast. Extremely rude, spoke Spanish 24/7 and will not try to speak to me unless its job related; As well as giving me all their work they did not want to do. I told management how I felt about the situation and he told me there will be a meeting next week (2 weeks later) there still hasn't been a meeting. Then when I came to him again about the situation he showed lack of empathy and told me to "find a new job" and that he "doesn't want to hear about this again" I noticed that he was annoyed with me bringing up the problem the second time around. The team speaks in Spanish 24/7 and will not interact with you. Chefs are also EXTREMELY rude, worst attitude ever, and has an impropriety behavior they're NOT who they project to be. Overall the best experience was interacting with the customers; and making a few nice friends along the way. That is something I really enjoyed and will miss.
