      You got health insurance, and paid vacations

      The management wasnt very professional, the food quality was poor, most of the food came out of a can instead of being made fresh

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
