      The work is easy.

      Cons

      But all of the management team doesn't have experience in culinary or hospitality they moved up but were never trained properly it could be better if they knew how to utilize their employees better.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
