      Average Salaries Good benefits Good bonus Strong product for the next 10 years

      Cons

      Executive ranks do not reflect the larger community - very few women make it past Director level. Virtually no people of color make it past the Director level. Diversity committee does lots of "feel good" activities and no attempts at addressing the real issues. Lack of trust among workers towards management was at an all time high when I left.

      Interesting job, sympathetic people, nice geographic position, special offers like tickets resto and 50% transport costs reimbursement, prospects for future

      Not so high salary, no days off for interns, no cafeteria in the office

      Pros

      Great benefit package! This company is smart, ethical and great at doing business. I have learned amazing business skills you will never learn at school, even as an MBA.

      Cons

      If you are not at the corporate office in Dallas, it is not possible to advance to a corporate position and move up the ranks.
