Business Outlook
Pros
Generally few personal agendas. Committed people working toward common business goal. Some strong leaders at Executive Committee level. Nice place and nice people.
Cons
Still trying to grow into the shoes of a large corporation with huge growth in recent years. Not very mature in HR practices or execution. Managers/Directors usually not expected to lead but merely be super individual contributors. Rewards are often for personal contribution even if leadership and development is poor.
