      Difficult standards to meet, little support.

      Pros

      They have a good product. Good team members. employee health plan and shares program. however difficult to get into.

      Cons

      poor wages, inadequate training for complicated processes. sweatshop like attitude towards employees. some employees are kept as full time "part time" employees and prevented from getting on the health plan or the shareholding program.

      Pros

      Supportive, collaborative, purpose-driven culture. People are very friendly and see the value in building strong relationships. Lots of opportunity to make a difference!

      Complexity in the business makes things difficult at times. Streamlining needed. Good news is the culture is open to new ideas.

      horrific management, revolving door of staff leaving, horrible manager allowed to mistreat employees and head office does nothing to stop it, backstabbing and spying encouraged - team work not encouraged instead each for its own interests only
