Things turned really bad with merger

Pros

Work hours quite regular. Benefits are alright. Not superb, but acceptable.

Cons

No trust, no development unless your boss allows, many micromanagers around, people not collaborative, nobody wants to help one another, no team spirit in the whole company, bosses are in their own world, no unity across the company, too many VPs around, politics aplenty for survival

The advantages are very high working here like as a consumer we would have better product knowledge on the branded spectacle lenses, Employee friendly and very safe place to work with

Cons

The disadvantage is due to covid issue, the company has started changing the infrastructure and started laying off employees
