great benefits, free eye wear for you and your family, loads of CE, great hours.

Cons

It yo are working in a branch location chances are there will be no established code of ethics to work by. In my location there was no human resources personnel and constant issues with management not follow through with company policy.

Essilor offers an extremely good benefits package. They are also the leader in the Industry and offer some of the best available products.

Cons

Management needs to revamp their style. They buy up laboratories that work and immediately bring in new management that screws everything up. No matter how successful you are you always have to worry about your job security.
