Very talented and hard workers. Working with talented people will keep you motivated. The company offers wide opportunities for internal movement, including international move. They want to keep you growing and being challenged.

Cons

If you do not prefer "open space" type of office setting, this may be a challenge. And also depends on who your boss is, your experience with the company may not be the same - however, this applies to any company that you work for!
